quiet room comfortable bed simple bus routes happy staff
I stayed in the Tram room, and it was AMAZING!!! The room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable, offering a solid night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the tram made getting around super simple. The staff helped me with everything I needed!
The lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter for reading.

I found the bed to be fabulously comfy. the thai restaurant was great. I ate dinner there. the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also great!!!
my room had no furniture except for a tiny bedstand. i had to keep my clothes on the floor during my entire stay.

the hotel has a good, easy location. it is also close to transportation options. it is in a great neighborhood, so you can really feel part of the culture here. tram stops are just minutes away!!!

poor ventilation inconvenient parking
i found the parking garage difficult to locate and inconvenient. only one key existed for all cars parked there. the ventilation was poor as my room lacked windows. i think the value for money was not great..

the room was just as described. the library room came with a large arched window. white sheets looked very clean on a comfy bed. i really liked the breakfast it was good and plentiful.

the hotel is near a tram stop. a fabulous patisserie is nearby. it's super easy getting around from this spot. this makes exploring the area very convenient.

the staff are really friendly here. they were helpful. lifting suitcases and always had pleasant manners. i found them all to be quite cheerful and cute.

quirky decor welcome note convenient location
i found the decor quirky! a welcome note with an origami flower was a nice touch. the location is very convenient. it is near parks and offers cheap rides with taxis.
the room had a very tiny window! it overlooked the hotel's public area.
